Refund & Return Policy
At Sanorita Sarees, we strive to deliver the highest quality products. To maintain product integrity and prevent misuse, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim damage, defect, or wrong product, a complete unboxing video (without pause or cuts) is mandatory.

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened.

Claims submitted without valid video proof will not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized or stitched sarees

Discounted or sale items

International orders
-
Silk Mark certified sarees if the seal is broken
4. Condition for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and unworn

Unwashed
-
With original tags intact

In original packaging
Items that do not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund.
5. Refund Timeline
Once the returned product is received:

Inspection: 3–5 working days

Refund processing: 7–10 working days after approval
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
At Sanorita Sarees, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. Please review our cancellation terms below.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Customized, stitched, or altered sarees are not eligible for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Sanorita Sarees
Sanorita Sarees reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

Product stock unavailability

Pricing errors or technical issues on the website

Suspected fraudulent transactions

Incomplete or failed customer verification
In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days.
3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Payment gateway charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
